Bill Wolfe - Chairman

Bill Wolfe is the founder and Chairman of National Lottery and is charged with establishing the company’s strategic direction as well as directing it’s day-to-day operations. Bill is an entrepreneur and inventor who has collaborated with several veterans within the Lottery and Gaming industries. As a result, Bill conceived of the company’s flagship product (VideoCash) and has implemented an intellectual property protection plan around it.

Bill is also a veteran of the United States Air Force. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and has held senior management positions in the insurance and financial industries for over twenty years. Additionally, his creativity and entrepreneurship have lead to his success as a restaurateur, establishing the successful and critically acclaimed Café Orleans in Annapolis Maryland. In 2000, Bill founded Gaming Solutions, which has evolved into National Lottery LLC.

John Gordon - Secretary and Corporate Counsel

John Gordon is an attorney who has practiced in Maryland since 1984. John is responsible for providing general counsel to the business. Additionally, he oversees all intellectual property issues as well as gaming legal compliance matters.

Prior to his private practice, John was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at First Federal Savings and Loan Association in Annapolis. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with special honors in 1977 from George Washington University and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1983. John is admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals and the United States District Court.

Christopher Dykes - Vice President of Development

Christopher has a degree in Industrial Design and has been in Product Development for over 20 years. He has developed products  for Dupont, Black and Decker, GE Medical, Toyota, and Volkswagon, Christopher has won several national design awards and has over a dozen technical patents. Much of Chris's experience is in the Medical field where quality controls are stringently regulated.  Chris also has experience marketing and launching high tech products worldwide.

Anthony Licata - Vice President of Operations

Anthony (Tony) Licata is a graduate of Louisiana State University, with a degree in business finance. He is an entrepreneur and patent holder. He opened his popular New Orleans restaurant “ Licatas” in 1989. He sold the business in 1999 and since then has held corporate management positions in the food industry until 2005, when he started his own industry consulting firm.

Joseph Cox - Vice President National Sales

Joseph F. Cox is a 1979 graduate of Washington & Lee University (B.S. Commerce) and for the past seventeen years has been the owner and principal for a commercial real estate brokerage in Baltimore, Md. He has been a partner in National Lottery since 2002 and joined the firm's executive staff in 2008. He is married with two daughters and resides in Towson, MD.

Mark Walp - Executive Director

A graduate of the George Patton School of Armor  for the U.S. Army National Guard, in 1976,  and was  Honorably  discharged in 1982.  Mark is a Master Nissan Technician and was the shop foreman for Fred Menkes dealership in Annapolis from 1976-1989 when he opened Walps Service Centers in Annapolis, Pasadena and Edgewater.  He sold his service centers and retired from the automotive business.  He joined National Lottery  LLC in 2004.

Kim Griesmann - Director

Kim is a graduate of Mankato State University with a degree in Business Administration. He started Diamond Graphics, Inc., a plastic card manufacturing company, located in Ramsey, Minnesota, in 1997. They built a new 60,000 square foot facility in 2008, and have 85 employees. Kim has been married to his wife Marie for 27 years, and live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
