The VideoCash Countertop game player is a modified 17 inch IBM  touch screen PC with a   laser bar code scanner. The VideoCash GameCard  is scanned to activate a selection of interactive, pre-determined outcome instant lottery games.  The internal modem can remotely change games and screen displays without  being “on-site”.  Cash prizes are redeemed from the  retailer, and validated by the  existing on-line bar code system  as any  other instant ticket.
